19/2 Saturday morning ride (Taman Bukit Permai)

Good morning!

It’s a sunshine morning – good day to a morning ride. After difficult last ride, I have not the courage yet to tackle the daunting Ampang-Hulu Langat ascent.

I opted for a more moderate climb, which happens to be ‘Little Genting’ or Taman Bukit Permai. This climb posed no problem for me.

Distance: 9.02km
Ave Speed: 17.2km/h
Calories: 346kCal

After reaching home, I still had a go at the cross trainer.

Distance: 4.00km
Calories: 148kCal

Now, I am cooling down, before going to get back the calories @Starbucks later. What’s there to chow @Starbucks?
