16/3: Short Eyes

Last night, I attended the play “Short Eyes” at The Actors Studio (Lot 10 rooftop). It is the first Malay language play I attended, and I don’t attend that many plays before. Only started this year, so far I can count 3 – Model Citizens, The Last 5 Years and Short Eyes.

Short Eyes is a very interesting drama, set in the confines of a prison block (floor) and the languages used are not censored. The actors played it brilliantly throughout. Bravo to them all. Ratings I think is 18-SX (for languages, graphics and violence).

If you are interested and you should be, please book your tickets at The Actors Studio or call 03-21422009. It will run until 20 March 2011. Tickets are priced at RM35.
